Malpractice Insurance

Attorneys in Germany are required to to carry minimum malpractice insurance of 250.000 Euro (see § 51 BRAO).  Attorney Magdale Henke of MLH Consular Consulting has the following insurance coverage, for activity within the EU, EEA as well as outside of the EU:
