MLH Consular Consulting is based in the international city of Munich, Germany.  The firm focuses primarily in the area of US Immigration and Nationality Law, but also works together with foreign legal counsel worldwide who can assist with compliance with immigration regulations in other countries, immigration through investment, and filing applications for global work authorization.  In addition, the firm works closely with an international tax and global wealth planning expert in the U.S. who can assist with expatriate tax issues, filing of U.S. tax returns and structuring complex global financial plans for investors or other individuals.


The founder and principal of MLH Consular Consulting, Magdale Labbe Henke, is a licensed U.S. attorney for nine years, as well as qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales. Ms. Henke has extensive experience in U.S. immigration law and international mobility issues.  She has experience handling complex immigration law matters and visa/consular processing issues, and has counseled a variety of clients, including large pharmaceutical companies, smaller businesses,  and  individual clients on issues relating to business visas, investor visas and green cards, employment and family-based permanent residence petitions, citizenship or renunciation, and waiver applications.
